When the pawn

This is a poem written by Fiona Apple, it's also the title of her second album, When the Pawn... released in 1999. Fiona wrote this poem on a tour bus when she was feeling down about how she had been portrayed in a Spin magazine interview. From 1999 to 2007, the poem/title held the record for longest album title.
